About The Job

  • Respond to data requests and provide analytics to support the strategic partnership between.
  • Respond to compensation-related questions from managers, HR business partners and recruiters
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationships with HR business partners
  • Consult with managers on compensation decisions and strategy
  • Work with compensation team to roll out projects, initiatives and programs
  • Partner to manage compensation cycles
  • Build and deliver compensation-related training and education materials
  • Work with the recruiting team and HR business partners to deliver new hire offer alignment.
  • Support recruiters with compensation offers

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with multiple partners
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and detailed oriented
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Experience working with HR business partners and serving clients
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience administering HR programs
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with sales compensation
